Hustler and also ... Hustler and also Slamvan are driving in masses on the Strip in Las Venturas, so that´s not really? a problem. The only really unique cars for me are the SWAT Van, the Andromada and the FBI Truck.

hotknife isnt rare ... hotknife isnt rare you cant just get it by getting all gold in the driving schools seriously its not
the hustler isnt a rare car because you get that by getting 100% with denise
as for the phoenix theres two ways of getting the car home in the hills and the? races
its hard to get and entering the fast car cheat is bulls**t ive tried it plenty of times and the only time i got it was by fluke on the ps2
so in reality two cars are rare thats the swat tank and the pheonix. the rest isnt
